4 Days Tanzania Camping  Safari

Step away from the ordinary and dive into a true African adventure on this 4-day camping sharing safari. This experience brings you closer to nature  from nights at the campsite to early morning game drives in some of Tanzania’s most iconic landscapes.

You’ll journey through wildlife-rich areas including the elephant paradise of Tarangire National Park, the endless plains of Serengeti National Park, and the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater.

Travel in a shared 4×4 safari vehicle, meet fellow travelers, and enjoy freshly prepared meals by your safari cook. This safari is perfect for those looking for an authentic, social, and budget-friendly experience in Tanzania.

Day 1 – Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up followed by a drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive.

Explore the park’s landscapes filled with baobab trees and large elephant herds, along with wildlife such as lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.

Dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 2 – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park. Enjoy a scenic drive through the highlands before entering the park.

Arrive for an afternoon game drive across the vast plains, home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and large herds of wildebeests.

Dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 3 – Serengeti / Ngorongoro Area

Start the day with a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, then continue towards the Ngorongoro area.

Enjoy wildlife viewing along the way before arriving at your campsite near the crater for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 – Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.

This unique destination offers excellent chances to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, and leopards, along with many other animals.

After lunch, return in the afternoon with drop-off in the evening.
