2 Days Tanzania Camping Safari

Short on time but still want a real safari experience? This 2-day camping sharing safari is the perfect quick escape into the wild. Designed for adventurous travelers, it offers an authentic experience with overnight camping, fresh meals prepared on-site, and exciting game drives.

You’ll explore two of Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife destinations  the elephant-rich Tarangire National Park and the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater.

Travel in a shared 4×4 safari vehicle, meet fellow travelers, and enjoy a budget-friendly adventure without missing the highlights of Tanzania’s wildlife.

Day 1 – Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up followed by a drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive.

Explore the park’s landscapes filled with giant baobab trees and large elephant herds, along with wildlife such as lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.

In the late afternoon, head to your campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.

This world-famous destination offers one of the best chances to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, and leopards, along with many other animals.

After lunch, return in the afternoon with drop-off in the evening.
