5 Days Tanzania Camping  Safari

Trade comfort for connection and experience Tanzania in its raw, natural form on this 5-day camping sharing safari. This journey is all about real adventure  evenings at the campsite, fresh meals prepared in the wild, and early mornings surrounded by nature before heading out for game drives.

You’ll explore some of Tanzania’s most iconic landscapes, from the elephant-filled Tarangire National Park to the endless wildlife plains of Serengeti National Park, and the breathtaking scenery of the Ngorongoro Crater.

Traveling in a shared 4×4 safari vehicle, you’ll join other travelers from around the world, making the experience social, affordable, and unforgettable.

Day 1 – Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up followed by a drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive.

Explore the park’s beautiful landscapes, famous for large elephant herds, baobab trees, and wildlife such as lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.

Day 2 – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park. Enjoy a scenic drive through the highlands before entering the park.

Arrive for an afternoon game drive across the endless plains, home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and large herds of wildebeests.

Dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 3 – Serengeti National Park

Spend a full day exploring Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives.

This day offers great opportunities to spot predators and experience the true beauty of the Serengeti. Depending on the season, you may witness part of the Great Migration.

Day 4 – Serengeti / Ngorongoro Area

After a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, continue your journey towards the Ngorongoro area.

Enjoy wildlife viewing along the way before arriving at your campsite near the crater for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 – Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.

The crater offers one of the best chances to see the Big Five, along with hippos, flamingos, and other wildlife.

After lunch, return in the afternoon with drop-off in the evening.
