Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania

Day 6: Summit Day – Uhuru Peak

Midnight departure for summit attempt.
Reach Uhuru Peak (5,895 m / 19,341 ft), the Roof of Africa.
After celebration and photos at the highest point in Africa, descend to Horombo Huts for overnight.
Day 7: Horombo Huts – Marangu Gate
Rongai Route (6/6)
3,720 m → 1,860 m
Descend through tropical rainforest to Marangu Gate.
Receive official summit certificate
Transfer back to hotel
Hot shower and celebration dinner
Overnight at hotel.
Day 8: Departure
Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your international flight home.
